New Sandals Launch from Freshly Picked! {a&n Share it All}

It's no secret that our favorite in footwear for Acelyn is Freshly Picked, hands down, so when we heard of the new sandal product launch coming up, I knew I had to try them out!  We passed on last year's initial sandal release, so I was interested to see how we would like them compared to our typical summer sandals.  Even better, Freshly Picked released three all new colors and four new styles... making it hard to choose exactly which one we wanted since they all look amazing!  

We ended up picking the Carmel style in Blush, since we're all about the girly neutrals.  I love that these can match with any outfit and is the perfect transition color from spring to summer.. and even works for our early, warm fall days.  

The sizing has changed from last summer, and Freshly Picked has tweaked it to make them much more true to size (TTS).  Acelyn is currently growing snug in a size 4 moccasin, so I sized her up to a 6 in the sandal to last through the summer, knowing they might be a bit long right now.  To my surprise, even though they are a tad big, the adjustable buckles on both the ankle and across the top of the foot make it possible for her to wear comfortably and correctly, which makes this Mama heart happy that she'll get plenty of wear-time all summer long!

Girlfriend did not hold back on testing these sandals out... she plays hard, fast and rough for a tiny babe, and I love knowing these shoes will hold up strong to her craziness!  We ran, climbed rocks, danced in the grass and scaled play structures, all with zero issues and a comfortable fit thanks to the soft, genuine leather that we've loved over the years from FP.  The adjustable, prong free buckles make life easier to keep up with this ball of energy, and we'll have no worries about taking them poolside or to the splash pad, since they are water resistant and lightweight!
